Q. What currencies can I pay in?

A. PayPal accepts payments in most of the major currencies of the world.

They’ll convert it into US$ and send you the receipt.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?

Q. Do I’ve to pay extra for packing, shipment and insurance?

A. No. Our prices include them all BUT Original Giclee Art costs extra. Please read Para.10 of our `Policy’.

Q. Can you create customized artwork for us?

A. Yes, enquire with details for our Quotations for the same.

Q. Can I order a custom-sized artwork of the art listed on you website?

A. Yes, on any size. Please, enquire with details for our Quotations for the same.

Q. Can you ship to any international location?

A. Yes, anywhere your mail can reach you. Also, read Para.10 of our `Policy’.

Q. Who pays GST, Duties and Customs?

A. Normally, there’re no taxes paid on exports from Canada but you may have to pay Customs in your country. Enquire from your post office or Tax Department. If any, will be paid by you.

Q. How do you protect the buyers’ identity, Privacy and sensitive information like credit card nos.?

Q. Do you provide framing services?

A. Due to high shipping costs we encourage our customers to get the art framed themselves.  It also enables them to select framing materials that exactly match their choice or decor.
